I want you to be under no illusions when you watch this first episode of Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. They start off on San Vicente in Brentwood, then they drive to Beverly Hills to look at a Bugatti, and then they go to John O’Groats? No. John O’Groats is halfway between Beverly Hills and Brentwood. That would be backtracking. And if you’re a pair of Jews who get hungry for breakfast in Beverly Hills, you go to Nate ‘n Al’s.

This is Hollywood magic, people. Don’t buy into it.
